Karen Needham

Karen has been part of the Virtuosi of Houston family for more than two decades. As Director of Orchestra Operations, she oversees all operations of the organization, from auditions and season programming to donor relations, community partnerships, and the behind-the-scenes work that makes each season possible.

Karen's long tenure reflects a deep commitment to Virtuosi's mission: providing Houston's most talented young musicians with the pre-professional performance experiences and mentorship that shape them into the artists and community leaders of tomorrow.
