Vanae has been playing the violin for the past 9 years, beginning at the age of 6. This season will be her second with the Virtuosi of Houston. She is currently studying with Mrs. Cindy Ahn, a Rice University alumnus having studied with Mr. Paul Kantor. Vanae is currently attending her freshman year at Clements High School in Sugar Land. She is a fluent Chinese speaker, is involved in her school’s theater club, and is participating in the Clements choir.
