Emme Jennings

Emme Jennings, 15, began violin at
age three with Brigette Yawn, then
studied 7 years with Caroline Ewan,
and is now with Rodica Gonzalez of the
Houston Symphony. She began piano
at age four with Barbara Sollock and
has studied with Judith Habermacher
since 2011. Emme has participated in
Kenneth Goldsmith’s master classes,
Rick Muchow’s praise band workshop,
AFA, and Virtuosi’s Summer Workshop.
She has earned National Guild of Piano
Teachers’ Top Talent ranking 2013–
2017, and with violin made Region 27
orchestra in 2017. Emme is dedicated
to serving and is grateful to Virtuosi for
providing opportunities to play violin
and piano for community and charitable
events and to mentor in Touch of Music
program. It has been a joy for her to serve
in her own church under Brett Mosser
and in other churches playing violin,
6-string electric violin, and keyboard. She
is a 2nd degree black belt with Cho’s Tae
Kwon Do, where she assists in teaching
children’s classes. Emme has been blessed
to perform with Lone Star College under
John Wolfskill and Alan Johnson, on
Cypress Radio, with Vivaldi Strings in
concert with The Piano Guys, and with
Virtuosi for Inaugural celebrations in
Washington, D.C.
